Tyrea Mobile Mechanic

Hi, I really do not recommend this place at all. The work quality was poor and there was no responsibility taken for the issues afterward. I replaced all 6 ignition coils and spark plugs here, and the car became much worse than when the technician first received it. Communication was also very difficult because he speaks unclearly and it was hard to understand him. Now he wants another $250 for work that could have been done the same day. In my personal opinion, the car may not have been reassembled properly, because ever since the repair I’ve been having multiple problems. I brought the car in running in reasonable condition, but after the replacement it became almost impossible to drive. I already lost two full days of work because of this situation. Yesterday I spent the whole day trying to reach him and waiting for him to come after I even sent him the address. He ignored my messages all day. Today, after I sent another message, he finally replied but spoke in a rude and unprofessional way. Please pay attention — there are other reviews mentioning similar experiences. Edit after the job he told me the car it ready to drive but after hours it’s start to make problems. Also

My car died while I was alone on a work trip away from home and I was able to get a battery but couldn't get it in the car because the access to the battery was obstructed. I needed to drive home 6 hours the next morning and nowhere was open. He came out at 9:30 at night to meet me and put in the new battery. He was very polite and was able to remove the necessary components to install the battery quickly. He checked that everything worked correctly after being put back together and even pointed out something that was starting to go bad that I needed to get my mechanic to look at when I got back home. I honestly don't know what I would've done without him. Would rate more stars if I could.

William answered my call and came in quickly to help with the battery and hood release for my vehicle. The lever wasn't latching and I couldn't open the hood. Both him and his associate Luke handled this problem expertly. Unlocking the latch area with spring force by hand, lubricating all components related to opening the hood and testing the lever to make sure it's secure. He jumped my battery right away. Before leaving, he advised me to run and monitor the battery rather than replace it. I went to a local shop for confirmation and their assessment was that it's no longer good. Rather than listen to the shop, I took advice from William to keep it going. A day later the hood is operable and battery is functioning normally. He charged me significantly less than a shop and saved me hundreds more by coming to my location, offering great advice. While other mobile technicians couldn't work on the hood, answer a call or return a message - he went above and beyond. Tyrea Mobile Mechanic is phenomenal, I would recommend their services and really appreciate their effort in a timely manner.

William was amazing and highly recommended! He made sure we got taken care of in a timely manner and was very communicative throughout the process of getting our car fixed. He made the process easy for us and he handled everything!

William and his team are awesome! Down to earth, very knowledge, great at explaining everything, super fair rates, and good vibes. Drove to me on short notice on the weekend and jumped and fixed my car in the driveway, then returned the next day for a follow up issue as well. Would recommend and work with again!! :)
